Verdict
Mubert has the most misleading pricing in this comparison. The 14 USD tier reads like the commercial tier and is not. Commercial use starts at 32.49 USD, and anyone budgeting from the headline number has budgeted less than half of what they will pay.
What it is like to use
As a product it is genuinely different from the rest of this page: an API that an application can pull endless music from, for a game, a fitness app or a livestream. Judged as that, it works. Judged as a way to make one track, it is the weakest option here.
Twenty-five-minute pieces are possible and the length exposes the limitation. Over that distance the material circles rather than develops, which is tolerable as a bed under an activity and tiring as anything you listen to directly.

14 USD a month on Creator, 11.69 USD annually, and commercial use only from the Pro tier at 32.49 USD a month. The free tier gives twenty-five tracks a month, five downloads, MP3 only, and requires attribution. Read the tier table before you read the marketing.

Should you buy it
Take Mubert if an application needs to supply itself with music continuously and you have priced the Pro tier properly. For individual tracks, four tools above it do the job better and cheaper.
